Conservative Plan: Fixed ~10% annual return of original investment, 10-year duration, guearanteed by companies asset, low risk, after 10 years of getting yearly payouts, you get the money you invested also paid out – ideal if you prioritize security and steady income.
Long-Term Plan: Variable return, ~25-year duration, co-ownership, higher risk with higher potential gains – ideal if you aim to maximize returns and share in the project’s growth.
It depends on the plan: Conservative Plan offers fixed, guaranteed returns with a buyback after 10 years, while Long-Term Plan returns are variable and depend on project performance. Guarantee is backed by company assets. Conservative plan is only available after Phase 1.
The minimum investment for both Conservative and Long-Term Plans is €500. There is no fixed maximum, so you can invest according to your preference and capacity.
The ~10% annual yield in the Conservative Plan is based on the projected energy production and fixed revenue from the solar installation, calculated to provide steady, predictable returns over 10 years. You can look at the investment model if you join investor waiting list and you will get all the final information before we open a funding round
The solar farm is located in Serbia (less than 1 hour drive range from Novi Sad and Belgrade), combining optimal sunlight conditions with accessible infrastructure for efficient energy production. Region of the power plant is in Vojvodina. Detailed information regarding exact location will be provided to all investors on a ESCP platform
If production falls below projections, returns in the Long-Term Plan may be reduced. The Conservative Plan is protected with a fixed, guaranteed yield.

The project team is fully responsible for all maintenance and repairs, ensuring optimal performance of both the solar infrastructure and garden components.

No, the garden is maintained by our staff; members simply collect their produce in person.
Members collect their products at theie own address in Novi Sad and Belgrade. 18 deliveries per year will guarantee fresh vegetables and fruits for your family.

In practice, financial and investment platforms typically require KYC for individuals and KYB for companies, ensuring transparency and security for all participants.
We accept bank transfers for solar investments through ESCP platforms and major credit/debit cards for Solar Plus Garden community membership and garden box fees. It depends on what way you want an invest and which ESCP platform you choose.
Escrow is a secure third-party account that holds your funds until project milestones are met, ensuring your investment is used as intended and protecting you from misuse.
Returns and dividends are calculated annually and distributed according to your chosen investment plan, typically via bank transfer.
Investment income is subject to local tax regulations; investors are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in their country of residence.
The solar farm is legally owned by the SPV ( Serbian company ), which is 100% owned by the Estonian company (SolarPlusGarden OÜ). Investors hold rights and receive returns through their shareholding in the Estonian company.
